Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using TimeDebt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

TimeDebt is a personal finance application that helps users track expenses by converting monetary costs into time based on the user's hourly wage. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

TimeDebt is offered as a subscription service through the Apple App Store.

Pricing:

• Annual subscription: $2.99/year
• 7-day free trial included for new subscribers

Billing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Free Trial:

• If offered, the free trial period lasts 7 days
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• You may cancel during the trial period without charge

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal expense tracking
• Provide accurate information when setting up your hourly wage
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not redistribute or resell the App or any part of it

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIMEDEBT OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

TimeDebt is a budgeting tool and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult with a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data you enter into TimeDebt is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal or financial information.

You are solely responsible for backing up your device and any data stored within the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and TimeDebt, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
