Common Troubleshooting Steps
App not responding or crashing:
- Force quit the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Ensure you have enough storage space
Subscription not recognized:
- Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings
- Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase
- Check your subscription status in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Data not saving:
- Ensure you have sufficient device storage
- Try force quitting and reopening the app
- Update to the latest version of TimeDebt
